How options are ranked
Aletheia checks the organizer’s date in 30-minute steps. Options with the most participants inside the selected working-hours window appear first, followed by options closest to noon for the organizer.
Clock changes
Offsets are calculated for the selected date. Organizer-local times that never occurred or occurred twice during a clock change are skipped rather than guessed.
Boundaries
The planner supports dates from 1970 through 2100 using timezone rules installed in the browser. Working hours are a planning preference, not a statement about anyone’s actual availability.
